Rules & Guidelines

Before submitting your registration, please review our Rules & Facility Guidelines.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms listed below.

1. Terms of Agreement

Annual camping year runs May 1 – April 30.
$500 non-refundable deposit is due by January 31 to reserve your site.
Remaining balance must be paid in full by March 31.
No refunds are provided for early departure or cancellation.

2. General Site Rules

Keep your site neat, clean, and free of debris at all times.
Quiet hours: 11 PM – 7 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
No fireworks, illegal substances, or hunting on property.
Only one RV and one tent allowed per site.
Extra guests must register and pay applicable guest fees.

3. Pets

Pets must always be on a leash and supervised.
Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
Aggressive or excessively noisy pets may be refused.

4. Fire & Safety

Fires must remain in designated pits and be fully extinguished when unattended.
No garbage burning or tree damage allowed.
Comply with all provincial fire bans and safety advisories.

5. Vehicle & ATV Use

Drive carefully — speed limit 20 km/h inside the park.
ATV/OHV use is at your own risk and must respect quiet hours.
Do not damage grassy areas or drive recklessly.

6. Additional Structures

Any decks, sheds, gazebos or structures must follow exact guidelines or may need to be removed.

7. Insurance & Liability

Mountain Aire is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage.
Renters must maintain adequate personal insurance for their RVs and property.
